Joecar
What could I use to replace the foam insulation inside of the AC box? Mine is falling apart and smells bad. Quote Link to comment
bottomwatcher
Home depot usually has foam with adhesive tape on one side. Usually a variety of thicknesses are available. 2 Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
I use EPDM sheets and strips which I buy in a roll from McMaster Carr - https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/130/4083/8694K129 The wide sheets are great to replace the flapper door foam and the strips are good for sealing in between the boxes and to the body, ducting, etc. 1 Quote Link to comment

Joecar
Awesome just what I needed! Wish it was a bit cheaper cause I’m not sure I’ll be using all of that. Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
Yeah, it isn't cheap, but it is the right material for the job. The adhesive is long lasting, unlike much of the stuff you'll find at the hardware store. Quote Link to comment
