Weber 32/36 1980

Hey all,

 

I browsed the search feature but can't find it. Does anyone have a decent step by step guide on installing the weber carb to a 1980? First time installing a carb 

 

Also does anyone want a Hitachi carb for a L20b?

Buy a 32/36 kit, make sure you get the correct adapter plate, in your case, for an l20b.

 

Remove and trash that original hunk of shit.

 

Install new in reverse. 

 

Carb kit should come with diagram for vacuum lines and tuning.

 

If I remember correctly, the only thing I had to figure out was a mount for throttle return spring, the kit came with a ridiculously long one. Maybe a gasket too....

Try Google and type: install Weber 32/36 on L20B. Ratsun. The Google search is much better. Be sure to put Ratsun in the search.
