You should put the year of your 620 in your profile. The marker lamps are wired the same but there is likely to be more questions and it will help to know what year you have.

 

Unplug the side marker and test the two harness wires. There is a Red/Blue wire for power and a Black ground wire. If you have a meter or a test lamp ground one side touch the Red/Blue wire. If it lights you have power. Connect to this power wire and touch the Black. Meter or test lamp should light if the ground is good. 

 

If both test good then the fault is in the side marker. Bulb is blown, socket rusted (corroded) away, bulb bottom not making contact with socket or plug contacts to the harness corroded. Sometimes just unplugging and plugging back in cleans and makes contact.
