hi all! any advice on where to find a head with valve/springs/camshaft for a 2.4L z24 gas engine? most of the ones i've seen online are bare. or does anyone have one they would ship to me in vermont? 🙂

You should say exactly what head you are looking for - many different engines

Z24 top and Z20/22 below

 

I've cc'd 2 Z20 car, 2 Z22 truck and 2 Z24 cylinder heads and other than the Z24 having squarish intake ports rather than round, they were all the same volume and identical. A Z24 intake will bolt to the earlier Z20 and Z22 head even though the ports are slightly different. Use Z24 intake gasket.

 

Note that early Z20 engines (1980) were single spark plug while California were dual spark plugs. All '81 and up were dual plugs.
