zed1
I recently acquired two boxes of 1960s - 1980s Datsun/Nissan brochures and dealer press photos. This collection appears to have been amassed by a hobbyist who attended auto shows and contacted Datsun/Nissan via an letter writing campaign. (As an aside, he reached out to many manufacturers during this time period and liquidated 50-60 banker boxes of brochures.) The collection includes many vehicles that were not sold in the US, which leads me to believe the enthusiast was living in outside the US. It would take a long time to scan every press photo and the front page of every brochure. So, my question to the Forum member is this: Do you think a listing of the vehicles pictures and the written caption in addition to the brochure date and publication number would generate interest in a potential buyer? (I then could email a photo of the press photo or brochure to supplement the listing.) Thanks for any input you can provide. Keith Edited June 13, 2020 by zed1 1 Quote Link to comment
