The truck had a sticker in the window that allowed passage into MEXICO. I asked the 18-19 Y.O. about it...."Gramps owned the truck since new and drove it there many times.."....to MEXICO says I ? "Yeah he has driven it as far as Costa Rica." wow says I Heres where it gets good..the family obviously had $$$... well it turns out gramps liked him a little AGAVE JUICE and put a FAKE 40 gallon gas tank into the second tank of his motor home and went on a TEQUILA smuggling trip to MEXICO. I guess he figured it would be alot cheaper to go to Mesa Verde or wherever and just say.."Fill 'er up buddy"..40 GALLONS OF TEQUILA!!! And 86 Y.O. gramps drives a 1973 Datsun truck to this day!
