poolguru
Don't bother, not worth it.Its worth maybe 500.00 to be honest.Went and saw it about an hour ago.He sent pics to me today and they looked good.when I got there it was a rust bucket.Looks presentable at about 50 feet.Nice older gent but doesnt have a clue his prized truck he has owned all these years is now a car that maybe good for parts. Its lived its entire life in Aptos area so rust is a given.I was hoping for a real find.Oh well.It was a fun drive if anything. poolguru
Yup.Its not in Watsonville actually. Its closer to Aptos really.either way,if you paid more then 700.00 for this tuck, you must really like rust buckets. Link to comment
racerx
I emailed the guy asking about rust issues and he has not emailed me back... Link to comment
poolguru
He is a nice old man.He had a heart attack awhile back and is a little slow.He said the paint was perfect and an quality reshoot. The truck has many rust bubbles in/on the bed.If the truck was as nice as the pics look,I would have bought it right there.Frame rails and pan bottoms look really rusty.Maybe you can make lemonade from this truck but I could break it to him that the truck is worth 500.00 Link to comment
