Hondanx250 Posted May 29, 2014 Report Share Posted May 29, 2014 So i was hearing this strange noise coming from the passenger front wheel after i made a strong left turn. i would come to a stop and continue driving and the noise would go away.... got out of the truck to investigate and found that i had extreme lateral play in the left cv axle! I pulled the hub to find the snap ring had popped/sheared off.... my question is: where can i find a replacement??? i want to redo both front cx axles snap rings now and cant seem to find them... also what might have caused this dilemma?
