Bama720
Anyone find ways give some extra horses or tourque to a z24 carb motor? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Can't be done with the stock carb. They are a severe compromise for mileage and emissions but when working correctly they do their job. For a bit more performance at the expense of emissions and mileage a new Redline direct replacement 32/36 or 38/38 Weber carb will do the trick... about $300 but incluides everything needed including the air filter. ggzilla
Or jet the stock carb richer. It is slightly larger than a 32/36. The best thing to do is put your foot down. Let the Z24 rev to 4800 rpm where it makes the most power. Quote Link to comment
