U20 camshaft in an l18 (Solved!)

Or maybe I'm just an idiot. But I'm pulling apart my spare l18 motor for a rebuild and the camshaft has a cast marking on it that reads u20.

I should probably specify that I have a u60 head on my l18.

Can anybody shed some light on this for me? Is it possible to put a u20 cam in an u60 head. And if so what're the advantages/disadvantages?

Or am I overthinking this and it's just the stock cam?

u20 is a stock cam it will work that's what I have on my L18 but im using an A87 closed chamber head

just a casting number

remember usedthe cam with the same rockers and use in same spot unless your getting a new cam then new rockers Should be used.
