datzenmike
You need to drive 20 min or so for full warm up. Hot air from the heater would be a check. Did you replace the fuel filter? Disturbing the fuel lines may have loosened some dirt and sent it into the carb? Quote Link to comment
EatLag
Fuck, if some dirt has been sent into the carb do I have to pull the whole thing off again to clean it? Quote Link to comment
EatLag
Could it be caused by an incorrect set mixture screw?, also I think I tucked up the order of the vacuum hoses going to the carby Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
It's called the idle mixture screw. It only adjusts the idle nothing else. Is the engine cold? or not. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Interesting thing about the dual plugs. It needs way less advance... like 3-5 degrees vs. the L series with 12. If one coil is not firing the Z series will act extremely retarded. Quote Link to comment
