Yep - 620 bracket holes are wider, brackets won't fit 521 cross member. Go check Hessianben's thread again and you'll see he moved the mounting point with flat stock, I think forward just about an inch and out maybe 1/2". I did same thing. Mine ended up so new bracket mounting nuts/bolt heads just clear the old mounting cross member. Hang in there trok - a solution will come. Little further mods to your bracket, nail carrier bearing down a little better might do it? PS: BTW I believe Wayno is familiar with [ahem] non-stock arrangements Quote Link to comment
