XXL
I can't afford it... but it looks legit/original from well known license frame maker of that time. http://www.ebay.com/itm/4th-st-Downtown-Albuquerque-New-Mexico-Datsun-Dealership-license-Plate-Frame-/200979027104? XXL
seems legit I don't know what that means. I'm a spelling nut. A prominent DFW Chevy dealer used to run multi-page newspaper ads week after week after week offering "the new Camero...." I suppose it's OK if you're not a great spellur, but it's written on the side of the car! Some of you may have seen the Powerblock TV contest ad a couple of weeks ago that read "Handeling & Power" ... I sent the pic below to the network. Last weekend it was fixed. You're welcome ;) Before... and after... Copy editing services available. PM me if interested :) 1 Quote Link to comment
XXL
Here's a rerun of the "intellectual" comedy Big Bang Theory. I realize they're not actually PhD's, but could they hire a few people on set to check the spelling on their props? (BTW, why on earth would you MAKE a sign like that when you can buy them for $2.99 at the local industrial supply store?) Clearly, 1) I watch too much TV, and 2) I need another hobby besides spelling :) Quote Link to comment
littlejason
My dealer frame has the city spelled wrong. Quote Link to comment
XXL
Plate in the OP sold for Best Offer ($??). I hope someone on here picked it up. I'd love to put it on my 520, but I'd have to knock off a half dozen Circle K's to pay for it. Quote Link to comment
merlin
It's sort of correct... Datsun was Datson before it was Datsun... and before that it was just DAT. If this was 1932, it could be Datson. 1 Quote Link to comment
