BlackBird620 Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 OK so I'm looking at getting a 4-2-1 header for the ka24de in my 620 but I plan on cutting it down to where its a 4-2 has anyone tried to use this style header on their 620 ka swap or what headers for the ka will clear in the engine bay Quote Link to comment
KA620KC Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 I'm using a 4-2-1 header for a 240sx. NO clearance issues at all. I didn't modify any of it either. And its just a cheapy $75 header off Ebay too. No issues with quality either. Nice THICK flange, really good welds, and didn't need to get it straight edged or milled at the machine shop either.
