DANNY R Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 I HAVE A 1983 280ZX, THIS HAS A DIGITAL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, THE GAS AND WATER TEMP GAUGES GAVE OUT 8 MONTHS AGO, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND SOME ONE WHO FIXES THESE. IF NOT ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE CAN I REPLACE THE DIGITAL WITH A ANALOG CLUSTER ? Quote Link to comment
squatches Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 I would assume so, you would need the cluster, speedo cable and the analog speedo drive. the plugs on the back of the cluster may be different between the 2 so you may have to rewire, I don't know much about the zx's so maybe some one else will chime in. elmerfudpucker Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Have you cleaned all of your grounds? what about cleaning the fuse box? And have you tried cleaning or replacing the senders on the block and fuel tank? And you may want to poke that caps lock button, it is to the left of the "a" key, when you are on-line, text in all caps means you are shouting. 1 Quote Link to comment
