Gary that would be the safest. I think they aren't too hard to remove in the frame and replace but that's more risky than just masking them. Quote Link to comment
wayno Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Leave them where they are, it's a pain in the ass to remove them, as I recall you have to drill a rivet. Mask around them, they are to expensive unless you find a good set in the wrecking yard. So if mine are in ok shape don't mess with them and paint around them.
