Hey guys I'm pretty new to this forums thing, but i need some help. I bought a ka24de and tranny from the 240sx to put in my 720, and was looking around on here for help on how to modify mounts..., and i saw a few people saying to get a ka from the hard body unfortunately i didnt do that.... So I'm kinda lost on what to do. I know with any swap your going to have to modify something, but I don;'t know what to do to make it fit.

I know you have to modify motor mounts or get mounts from a hard body ka and they should bolt up right?

Also, the torsion bar is right in the way of the downpipe, any ideas?

Any other recommendations will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, I will post pics soon!

The KA will also bolt to your 720 transmission so you won't have to shorten the driveshaft. The S14 transmission is stronger though but you could swap it later. If using your 720 trans you will need the release bearing collar from the S14 transmission.... it's matched to the S14 clutch size

With some research I found this a while back for when I do my swap. Should be the same for the KC. Should answer most of your questions.

Thanks for the link! That really helps! I have the transmission from the ka also, but its a 5-speed auto! so I dunno if the transmission will fit...I measured it and it looks like a fit! We put The KA in the truck but the sway bar is in the way and I need to fabricate the oil pan...!

Can't wait to get the fab started! When we do that it should fit! And the headers? Any idea how to do those?!
