bonvo Posted April 21, 2013 Report Share Posted April 21, 2013 since dad and i have a good amount of jobs coming into the shop i figured i would document them these jobs are ones from neighbors and other people around here that come to us instead of going to a shop cause we know what were doing and were cheaper so far we have worked on not pictured 97 cavalier did struts, wheel bearings, 4 wheel brake job, tie rods, turnsignal and wiper switches, 2000 awd chevy astro we have done alot to this thing stereo install, fuel pump and sender, brake job, coolent leak repair and a few other things im forgetting currently he has brought it to us for so much little crap that i forgot most of it only pic i have is from the stereo install 199? buick guy thought he had blown head gaskets we suspected the plastic intake manifold leaked and were right 89 jetta fixed the heater full tune up fixed a major oil leak and new struts nasty under the valve cover 89 ford mustang 5.0 we did a clutch in it but this thing has alot of go fast parts underdrive pullies subframe connectors so on and so forth current job 67 dodge d300 2 ton the guy who owns the astro and cavaler also owns this so far we have done a complete tune up resealed the intake manifold installed an 12 power source for his phone adjusted the steering box current job is to replace the diff after he ran it while dry and broke an axle 318 seems a little lacking for a truck this size showed up like this oops welded the bearing races to the housing housing is now junk new housing in place waiting for parts to finish this install up also on the list is clutch and front brake job ill keep this thread updated as we get more stuff in and take more pictures 9 Quote Link to comment
