rgk93
Hey guys. Just curious as to how you detach the front chrome Bumper of a 620. I had a quick look last night on the way to bed but wasn't entirely sure. Can anyone help me out? Is it unscrewed from the inside? Is there any tricks or tips? Quote Link to comment
metalmonkey47
Easiest to unbolt the brackets from the frame rails on both sides of the radiators. Then you have 4 bolts on the back side of the bumper. Probably rusty so good luck. Quote Link to comment

And id assume you'd have to go in from beneath the bumper? Quote Link to comment
Guest Rick-rat
Under the hood on each side of the radiator on top of the frame rails there are 4 bolts that hold the bumper brackets, pull it out bumper and brackets together, there could be 2 bolts on the fenders also at the end of the bumper Quote Link to comment
420n620
make sure to quench the bolts with penetration oil before trying. You might have to back them out a little ways and tighten again then try back them out a little further, back and forth until they come out. Take your time. GL Quote Link to comment
Telkwa
The 4 bolts on either side of the radiator aren't hard to get to if you can put together roughly 2 feet of extension between your ratchet and the socket . You just reach in from topside. Quote Link to comment
