I thought I remember the PO saying that it wasn't fully functional when I talked to him about it at one point but I talked to several people and I might be mixing cars up. As for blowing cold idk, but the system held pressure and the fan works great. I can't grauantee that it will blow cold cause I didn't hook it up to power until it was out of the car. Link to comment
