Front seat? You have another?

Replace or repair? Repair depends on how badly damaged- there's a simple recover, there's recover with new foam, and there's repair with springs, foam, cover.

Or there's replace, at which it depends on with what. Replacing the bench (if it's a bench instead of buckets already) means finding another bench that will fit, or putting buckets in. Since ONLY 620 seats fit properly, you'd need to do some customizing. At a minimum, that's using the original 620 rails on seats of similar size. At worse, you'd need to make new seat mounts in the floor. If it's a standard cab you are very limited in what you can use, as you will find that unless you're a 110 lib, 5'4" twig, most modern or aftermarket seats will have you way too close to the steering wheel and pedals since the cab is so small. King cabs have far more options since space is not nearly as cramped.

Look to spend anywhere from $25 to $150 each for junkyard seats. Reupholstry anywhere from $200 on up. Or you could just do what my folks did after the springs started sticking through and throw an old bedspread on it and call it good.
