Tristin
Nissan has finally done what you asked - I see them every day. V35 is sold in Japan as the Nissan Skyline, and sold here as Infinity G35. G35s arent real Skylines no matter what their badging says... Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Yes, and R32 if they sold them here in 1992 wouldn't have been "real Skylines" either. Selling as low as $5000 now. Quote Link to comment
Tristin
But of course they are... they are built specifically as higher-end race cars. The Infinity G35 is a 350z which is a fat crappier attempt at a Z relaunch. Quote Link to comment
GreenEggs&Ham
We called Skylines back in NZ "skanks" because everyone had had one and you could hear one on every corner.. haha. plenty of missile styled R32s and R33's skidding the streets. They are truely a dime a dozen car there. Good times :fu: Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Tristan, are you talking about the GT-R? I agree that doesn't have the same spirit as older skylines like C10 or R32. The 350Z was derived from the Skyline V35, not from the GT-R (R37). Quote Link to comment
