Have to say this isn't 'New Old Stock'. Used is more likely as the thing is dirty and there is wear on the outside.

 

 

 

This one looks like the one sitting in my car right now.

 

 

NOS means never sold or installed and also made for Nissan by their OEM supplier. Preferably in it's original box or wrapping. A loose parts tag means little. Re-manufactured or used is not NOS

I just take it out of its original plastic wrapping , stored for 30 years or even more , 5 pcs per each wrapping , the dirty you see is no more than dust

as you know cables did not come in boxes they came in plastic wrapping , which is so soft , can be easly penetrated by any sharp and non sharp things , so dust do its job , any way Ill edit the post
