datzenmike Posted October 6, 2012 Report Share Posted October 6, 2012 It may be bent differently (and there are many different shapes) but the Pre '80s truck, 280z shifters will fit the FS5W63A. Later '80 and on were sometimes a short throw shifter and the distance from the cross pin down to the plastic cup was longer and these won't work in the dogleg. This is my dogleg with an FS5W71B shifter I tried to fit. Worked fine as far as I could tell. . Link to comment
