Round Ring in Front of Lower Timing Chain Oil Slinger

I need the round metal ring that goes in front of Timing Chain Lower oil slinger for an L20b. Mine got bent up when my timing chain tensioner popped out. Plz let me know if anyone has an extra one sitting around the garage. Thanks.

Are you looking for the actual oil slinger? I think its part number 12302-A3500 and should be available from Nissan for about 2 or 3 bucks.

No what I really need is the ring that goes on in front of the oil slinger, Is that still available from Nissan? or is it available at all aftermarket?

Point to in in the picture above your post, because the only thing ahead of the oil slinger is the crankshaft pulley.....

Oh ok thanks mike, I think it must be part of the oil slinger, now that you point it out the outside of the slinger looks like it has the plate attached to it. I guess a new plate would be included with the slinger. Ok so does anyone have an oil slinger with the plate that goes on over it?

#12302-A3500 The oil slinger was used from '68 through '89 on ALL L and Z series motors 4 and 6 cylinder.

cool, I didnt know they used the same part on so many vehicles maybe if I go into the dealership and mention its for a nissan I will actually get some service instead of the normal total lack of assistance when I mention anything to do with Datsun. Oh that part isint even made anymore..., then I insist that all I need is a PCV valve and it should still be available, finally the older guy who used to have a 510 goes oh yeah we have one on the back shelf.
