poltroon
in my 521, where the wheel well and inside side of the bed meet the side of the bed, theres a bead of some sealant kind of material thats comming up at the ends near the bed floor. Im planning the spray in bed liner soon, but want to replace those beads before I do. Anyone know what that material is, or a reasonable replacement before I proceed? thanks! Quote Link to comment
alabama_lowlife
It's probably seam sealer. You can get it at most auto parts stores or auto paint supply places. It comes in a big tube you put in a regular caulk gun. Quote Link to comment
erichwaslike
yeah i used to use "s.e.m." seam sealer on all the balkhafl cars we did wher the cage went thru the body and such. we used the black but im guessing either would work. http://semproducts.com/product-catalog/repair-materials/heavy-bodied-black-seam-sealer/ http://semproducts.com/product-catalog/repair-materials/beige-seam-sealer/ Quote Link to comment
