cdub42
i had twenty bucks on my auto zone rewards card and a free sunday with not much to do, so i wired in a led kit to my console. heres some pictures! i took the led elements apart and hot glued them into the lightbulb receptacles, then wired that into the cluster dimmer switch. they dim just like they are supposed to. it would look a lot better if i cleaned the clear plastic, that was an after thought. cdub42
actually its not. its just the right brightness. really easy on the eyes. i am however having second thoughts about the two i put in to illuminate the floor. every time i look at my passenger mirror i see the blue lights reflecting from the floor. I'm gonna delete them. it looks cool as hell with the blue light in the cab but annoying when i look out the passenger window. Quote Link to comment
