The 76 tank is all beat up and I have access to a 73 tank that is under a pile of rubble in the back of a barn. Thought i'd ask before i dug it up. Thanks for the help. Quote

Jersey Posted June 20, 2012 Report Posted June 20, 2012 The '73 should be the same and mount right up. The Standard Cab (SWB) & KC are the same tanks, with the exception of trucks with a DOM of 01/78, that's when they became frame mounted and, I'm not sure if that's when they did away with the reservoir tank or not...I believe that was on the '79 620's. The LWB tanks are different than the Standard Cab (SWB) & KC models. Quote
