OldSkool
I am in the beginning stages of putting together an L20b for my daily. Ive asked a few questions already and everyone has been pretty helpful so far. I have another question. Does anyone run the isky L-490 cam? Or the webcam number 87 grind(.510 lift)? If so, how do you like either one? How do you think it would be for daily driving? What rpm did it like to pull to? Thanks guys Quote Link to comment

Thanks Quote Link to comment
Dirttrack510
I haven't run either of those cams, but I prefer ISKY. I'm building a full race engine and using the L4 grind from ISKY (not a street cam). Mainly because they have been in the Datsun performance cam business for so long and they did make the cams for Brock Racing back in the day. I also like the fact that you can call ISKY and talk directly to the owner when you have questions regarding your camshaft selection and what you are planning to use your car for. Just my 2 cents, for what that's worth. Quote Link to comment
