banginboots
there should be no reason to pay some one to rebuild your carb buy the kit and get to work if you run into any problems theres a website called RATSUN that can prob. help you out...im just sayin Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
A good kit will have directions. All you need is a work space and a few tools. A newspaper lined table works. Keep track of all the parts, some will fit back in the wrong place. If you have a camera take pictures to show how all the linkages connect and where all the vacuum lines go on when taking it off the manifold.. Allow yourself a morning or afternoon. Will
Yes! Workspace is very important! You'll need a surface to work on that is cleared off and tidy enough so that tiny carburettor parts won't end up getting lost. -don't disassemble your carburettor somewhere that a part could fall off the table and get lost in carpet or slip between the floorboards.
