I suspect the 56A and the 60 4 speeds from the B-210 will fit and work but may be bent differently or longer/shorter. The 60L doglegs are different. Link to comment

Do you have a picture of the lever you are looking for? I have a Datsun lever in the garage. It's longer than the one in my 510. Link to comment
