You can see how gnarled the old one was. Was a bitch to get a good grip on it with the brake line wrench. After bending the new hard line, it was 1/4" short, so I had to go back and get the next longest line. New brake line attached to MC Getting ready to bleed the MC Transferred cap and all done! Bled the brakes, took her for a test drive, came back and tightened a few loose ends. bled the brakes again and she was good to go! Quote Link to comment

86 720 Posted May 3, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 Replaced the heater hoses. I was having trouble finding a firewall grommet for the hose, but I found a $2 PCV grommet at Autozone. I also bought a 90 degree elbow heater hose pass through. I pulled back the insulation to get more nipple access for the hose. So far no leaks! Quote Link to comment
