RAlly_DatoB210
so after swapping from automatic to 4 speed the trans if started in gear will stay in gear. however it shifts as if the clutch isnt engaging. ive take the transmission in and out 6 times over the summer and tried about everything from new clutch to new throw out bearing. master and slave are working but pedal has no pressure just completely slack. when i press on it the slave pin moves forward and moves the clutch fork. could this be pressure plate flywheel or am i possibly putting the clutch itself in backwards? thanks Evan Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
I've tried to put the disc in backwards and it won't go. There's a protruding spline that hits the flywheel and holds the disc and pressure plate away from the surface. You cant align the PP on the dowels or bolt it up. Probably the same on the B-210. Where did you get the clutch, pressure plate and the release bearing collar????? If the collar is not matched to the PP (as in too long) it won't fully engage the clutch disc. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Did you fit the engine plate (goes between engine and transmission)? Which release bearing sleeve did you use? Quote Link to comment
