DISLEXICDIME Posted September 16, 2011 Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 u joints in a bagged truck where no matter what you do. if the pinion angle is off its going to wear your u joint. and datsun's require the pinion at 3 degrees if i remember right . mine dont wear out as fast since i raised the carrier and used angled blocks. skyknight789990 Posted September 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 i know that but if i use the bearing with a bagged truck i plan on using a 3 or 4 link maybe even a watts link set up you set the angle you want but the travel is what i am wondering about with the torque...trying to plan ahead if it would be simpler to use a one piece drive line Quote Link to comment
