denis.drc
Trying to figure out what route I should take to get a rear sway bar on my project 510. I was initially considering just gathering some appropriately sized and shaped bars from another vehicle and fabbing up the required brackets. Today, I came across an ADDCO rear sway bar kit. The price seems reasonably @ $179.. Is anyone running the ADDCO rear kit? Did it come with all the necessary mounting hardware? Where does it all bolt/weld up? I'd truly appreciate any pic and input. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
ST had a bolt on rear type http://stsuspensions-store.com/st-rear-anti-swaybar-24.html addco is another good brand. Be honest most people dont run(on street) them as if defeats the IRS a little. Mine was hard and if I hit a man\ hole cover or bump with one wheel it could spin me around. Quote Link to comment

How thick of a bar were you using? Did you have a kit or fab something up? Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
this was another car i had It came with it. I Sold car to a kid and car joined the other 510s after kids owned them. Became one with the earth. The ST ones clamp on the rear x memeber thing but forget how they hook up by the springs. Spend your money elsewhere IMHO Quote Link to comment

69FJWagon
I dont run a rear bar on the street or while autocrossing, coilovers in the rear and a assortment of springs are how I tune the car to find a good balance Quote Link to comment
