ricky
Is it worth doing an what manifold would I use. I got them off a 71 jaguar. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Yes, keep it real, keep it all Nissan. Get a twin-Hitachi factory manifold from L16T or L18T engine (SSS engine). Now that you've sourced that, just use the twin-Hitachi sidedrafts that come with it ... the Jaguar carbs are 1.75" right? You'd have to bore out the manifold from the stock 38mm or fabricate an adapter plate. Some Zenith/Stromberg carburetors are OK, but some are a mess just like any brand. Quote Link to comment

hogboy52
A-H 3000 and Jag's ran two 2" or three 1.75"'s. E-Jags ran three 2"'s. Volvo B20 motor used twin Stromberg 175's or twin HS6's (B18 also used twin HS6's). They would be perfect for an L20. Metering needle for the Stromberg 175 is B.I.S. HS4's (38mm) are for a 1600. Too small for an L20. Quote Link to comment
