motoliam
Forgive my ignorance, but when changing from stock 510 drums to maxima rear discs ( with the conversion brackets available from a member here) will the track width or wheel hub/mounting surface change? Thanks. Quote Link to comment

Thanks. Not that I have found. The mounting surface for the wheel is nearly the same given that the drum that used to be there is roughly the same thickness as the disc that you are now placing on there. If there is a track width change, it would be next to nothing (less than 1/8" overall) Quote Link to comment

I he is making brackets and cant answer a simple question like this, i would reconsider what else he didnt think about when he made the brackets. Quote Link to comment
compression
I am always happy to answer questions that are emailed to me at: engineered.datsun@gmail.com I dont check this forum too often... Converting the rear drums to discs using my brackets does not effect wheel offset/track width. Quote Link to comment
