1976 620 from Washington

They're from a SSS 510 I believe. They say HJ38W on them.

 

I checked the spark plugs again and the rear two were dry of fuel. Not quite sure what happened, but after turning the idle mixture nut back and forth a bunch and revving it something clicked and it started running right again. I retuned the carbs and it's been running fine all day. Hopefully it stays that way.
