Can someone tell me if the chrome/shiny part on tail lights are metal or plastic? Does anybody refurbish them? :cool:

I got mine originaly wanted chrome then my chrome guy suggested to polish my taillights. Very happy with the polish. I have seen some with really bad pitting, fortunately mine is not that bad. The pitting gives that vintage JDM look that I like anyway.

i know it depends on condition but one of my sets does have pitting and the chrome is bad. so roughly how much would it be to have them redone?
