pickleweasle
I'm doing a 5 speed conversion in my 620 when I toke the flex plate off there was a plate on the back of the crank does it stay or go when I put the flywheel on I'm assuming I leave it off cause the pilot bushing doesn't fit. Remove the plate, but you will have to add a pilot bushing. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The spacer plate has to be removed. I don't think the L flywheel will even go on with it there. The Z series clip onto the crank and they definitely won't fit on. The pilot bushing goes into the very end hole on the crank. It's already lubed so don't grease it. Hammer in carefully with a block of wood. Quote Link to comment
