Welcome to Ratsun! Looks like a project. Start with the easy stuff like a tune up-plugs, wires, rotor, and cap. Then a valve adjustment, new gas in the tank, basically the simple stuff. Then tackle the harder stuff. Was the temperature sensor replaced? Is the timing right? Work your way through the problem. We are here to help too. Just ask! :D

I suspect the temperature switch is bad and causing it to think it's always cold. It acts like an "open" which then tells the ECU to open the cold-start valve to make it richer. Disconnecting the sensor won't help, as that's the same as "cold". You have to short the sensor leads, then it thinks it's "hot".

It's one of the 2 sensors on the thermostat housing with Bosch plugs. The other is the thermotime sensor, but I can't remember which is which.
