MikeHoncho Posted April 2, 2011 Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 Im in need of some help in Fresno Ca. Ive always been a 240sx guy but I recently got the chance to buy a 521 and I jumped on it. Well I've never worked on a carb before and I don't have any friends that have either so I need to make some in a hurry. The truck is a 72 521 with a weber 32/36 carb. The truck had a few issues when I picked her up so I'm slowly going through them. The one I'm stuck on right now is the carb. I bought a rebuild kit for it and that went well enough except for, I noticed that some of the parts seem to be sticking and others seem to not be opening all the way. I'm not actually sure if anything is wrong but I don't know anything about carbs so it could be shot to hell for all I know. I would post up picks and ask for advice but the only Internet access I have right now is through my phone so I'm hoping that there is someone in or around the Fresno area that would be kind enough to stop by and take a look at things for me and lead me in the right direction.
