ggzilla Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 Old blocks are different and technically take some different gaskets (including head gasket) But in practice, some kits include a bunch o gaskets to fit either type in the same kit. The A12 should be fitted with a smaller bore gasket than the A14/A15, but will work with the larger bore gasket. The Nissan ones are different, but aftermarket ones can be one-size fits all. Early 70s, late 70s, and 1980s manifold gaskets are very different. Link to comment
