I'm kinda needing the lower heater unit for my '71 and I don't know for sure if the one from my '69 will work. datzenmike Posted March 10, 2011 Report Share Posted March 10, 2011 280zx black steering wheel, will fit all 280zx, 240z to 280z, 510 and 620 pickup $30.00 Abe, I had one of these on my stock 620 steering column and it sat out from the two piece cover by 1/2" and the roll pins that cancel the turn signals wouldn't reach. I tapped a shortened nail in each one to extend and get the signals working and the contact for the horn also had to be bent up to contact the copper ring. It'll work, but needs mods. I swapped in a 720 column and it now fits perfectly. It may not fit the 240/260/280z or the 510 either. Link to comment
