I looks like I can see one of the mounting holes on the bracket in the second pic. Is it mounted correctly?

Hhmmmm. I took a quick glance the other day and don't recall seeing any mounting holes missing bolts. I'll have to double check in a bit. Maybe the gap is for an intercooler? Yeah , that's it.

Also was wondering. How can it be mounted wrong when the bumper is mounted to the fenders correctly?

 

Maybe its at a funny angle? Another thought, maybe it was modified to be towed behind a motor home at some point. It's a pretty simple thing, 2 bolts in the bumper bracket, and 2 in the body. If there is anything else, its been messed with.

Datto510 , you called it. looks like it is at an angle(bent down).

 

If you look at H2theizzo's pic(thanks for the pics H) His bumper sits right below his parking lights. Mine sits well below the lights. Bent bumper brackets I think. Or need to be adjusted.
