Gary Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 BMW bits are stupid money over here so if engines go bust (likely, considering BM owners buy em for the badge and dont realise you gotta actually maintain cars), they're sometimes sold as damaged for cheap. theyre picked up by hectics and converted to something better for cheaper - SR20's, 1JZ/2JZ, LSx, saw a pic of one ages ago with a GM 3.8, etc Quote Link to comment
