inline4
okay, can someone clarify mini tubbing the rear wheel well? is it separating the 1/4 panel from the wheel arch, then pushing the 1/4 panel out slightly so wider wheels can fit? or am I missing something? Quote Link to comment
inline4
also if anyone who has a wiring diagram could look up the pinouts on the headlight relay that would be awesome. i'm trying to look for hte green with blue wire. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
For a "non-flared" 510 .............. the quarter panel doesn't get "pushed out" at all For a flared race car... Quote Link to comment
sssr20det510
here is what you cut Quote Link to comment
inline4
I guess i'm not seeing how that works. are you just cutting material off of the upper spring/shock area? but anyways, my headlight question is more important. i'm trying to wire them up right now :) Quote Link to comment
arkitekz
I replaced my headlight relay because my lights would go nuts. I tried getting a oem headlight relay and it didnt work so I got an Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) relay from ebay like the the one listed on this thread. Follow the drawn diagram and you are good. They carry same relay and plug at Fry's, probably even Radio Shack. They have worked fine since. Good Luck. http://www.the510realm.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8226&p=84096&hilit=headlight+relay+bosch#p84096 Quote Link to comment

I just need to track down the wires to use. the two on the headlight relay. I'm assuming the headlight relay is the 6 pin rectangular relay behind the passenger strut tower. if thats the case I could only spot the black and red wire. the colors might have been washed out by the work light. I guess im looking for the pinout, so I dont screw things up. edit: I just found a diagram. I think I'm good :) Quote Link to comment
