Well I'm sure you've read up already. Most people run the z32. You can run a single cam one in a pinch. I thought you got a maf. An elbow with the maf spaced a certain distance away from turbo inlet and you're typical mushroom filter

ya i know a lot of people run the z32 maf sensor, but on DSMs the big thing is to run the maf sensor right before the throttle body not on the air filter side. they also use a gm 3 inch MAF with a MAF translator. Wasnt sure if anyone is running a similar set up on a sr and yes i do have the stock maf

the proper question to ask is! when you mess with the maf signal on a sr does it change the timing like on a ka ?

Sorry I am idiot, i didnt see the little post blow or suck....on my sr i had a suck...and it worked fine until i hooked up a atmospheric bov, which you can also tune for, blow through give you better response but your going to need a bigger maf. and they can act a little funny at idle. N62 or Q45 maf will work just fine. they say just try to have 3 or so inches of straight pipe before and after the maf.
