Custom Datsun/Nissan Dealer License Plate Frames/Logo's

Anyone have any original Datsun dealership license plate frames on your truck?

Or any other Nissan/Datsun you have or have seen? I found a couple:

 

 

Jeni's 620 longbed w/Pendleton, Oregon insignia "Mar-Bro Datsun"

 

 

Wayne's banana 620 representing Baker City, Oregon raised logo brand. "Ferguson Motors"

Good topic. I collect them & have 1 on my wagon & 1 on the 620.....the plate is custom made.

PcD--That custom plate is gorgeous. The frame compliments a great plate. Really like the a la Japanese shaped numbers "19-74"

The 620 I just bought had a step bumper with 'Freeman's Datsun' stamped into. One word on either side of the license plate area.

TY. It's actually a piece of gravo-ply & the letters & numbers are engraved. The symbols next to the 620 describe where you live. Mine is a city in Japan called Tama. I won the frame off ebay for $12. Heres the other frames i have so far...'

Check this out. :lol: I'm coming home from work the other day and I get stopped in traffic. Paving crew. I'm behind a PINK!! Datsun car. To new of model for me to give a crap about. It was ugly as sin. BUT, It had a Dunmire Datsun of Albany lisc. plate frame(Dunmire was the local Datsun dealer). I yell out the window to the guy and asked if he would sell me his frame. He says no but I'll give it to you. SCORE!!!! We met at the grade school and he even pulled it off for me. I still need to clean it up but it's going on my truck.

Score indeed! Post a pic when you can. One of my non-running 620's has a Performance Datsun plastic plate frame...Perfomance was perhaps the top dealership in its heyday in Oregon (Portland). I'll remember to take a photo next time in the neighborhood where it was towed to--with the intent of a relative to part it out.
