who has the hookup on an alternator for me?

Advanced can't get it, and Carquest wants like 90 bucks plus a 20 dollar core charge. can anyone here get one for me?

That's the part number for a 50A internally regulated alternator for a 1978 200SX or 510. Are you SURE you need an internally regulated alternator? A '71 510 would need an EXTERNALLY regulated alternator, so unless it's had the wiring modified to bypass the external regulator all you'll do is kill the next one.

 

But, if you're SURE that's the one that you need, Rockauto.com has 'em $40 + $9 core.

that's the part number that is on the one I have now. It worked well wnough for awhile, but I'll give the PO a call to make sure.
